The Role
As a Sales Coordinator you will join the Italian Sales team for the sales and promotion of our language courses abroad for students. You will operate in a truly international environment and a young team
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Sell our language programmes and destinations
• Achieve excellent customer service and support proactively responding to
client queries and advising customers on EF programs.
• Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach sales targets
• Help promote and developing operational marketing activities (launching email campaigns and promotions)
Requirements
• Sales Oriented and target driven with 1-2 years work experience minimum in sales or telesales. education, tourism
• Aged: 25 to 30 maximum
• Business, language or tourism studies background with a Bachelor's degree
• Mother tongue Italian and fluent in English
• Business acumen with strong aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers
• Cultural awareness and ability to work within a team
• IT literate
